Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing your order. We offer flat rate shipping via UPS and insured shipping via FedEx. Please select the insured FedEx option when you are purchasing gold jewelry.
UPS Ground $12 / 3-7 business days for delivery.
UPS 2-day $24.
UPS Overnight $48 / same-business-day processing for orders received by 2pm; next-day delivery.
FedEx 2-day $28 / for insured purchases — please use this option for all gold jewelry purchases.
For shipments outside of the continental United States, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your shipping address and the items you wish to purchase. We will email you the shipping options and costs.
We want you to be happy with your DLM purchase. If for any reason you are not, please mail the parcel back to us for a full refund (less the original shipping cost) within 14 days of original purchase without exceptions. Items must not have been used. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any merchandise purchased on sale will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

Your name and billing address.
The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
